**Durning this Covid-19 Pandemic, USPS Shipping times are slightly longer than normal. **Please expect delays**

After placing an order, please allow up to 2 business days for processing (Not including Holidays and Weekends). Please note that processing time does not include your shipping time frame. When your package is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email where you can check your tracking updates and estimated delivery date.

**Unverifiable Addresses

Should there be problems verifying your address using the USPS TRACKING SYSTEM, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail.

Include Apartment or Suite Numbers, and always make sure you are using the correct Zip Code and City. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information you have entered for shipping purposes.

** Refused Packages

If your package is refused or returned from USPS; you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship your package.

**Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS error. If we track your package and it shows that it has been delivered or in transit, and you have not received your package, We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a response from the carrier.
